The Company’s head office is located in Taipei with 15 branch offices, and 26 liaison offices set up throughout Taiwan, forming an island-wide network to develop business and provide quality customer services.
Business activities include Fire, Marine, Liability, Casualty, Personal Accident/Health, and Reinsurance. The Company’s direct premium income in 2021 totaled NT$10,661 million and ranked 8th with a market share of 5.16%.
Union’s credit rating has assigned AA (twn) in 2022 with a “stable” by Taiwan Ratings Also, A. M. Best has assigned A- (Excellent) to Union in 2022.
